About Lethani

Technology that understands what it is meant to accomplish.

Lethani is an AI-native technology company. We build systems that turn complex intentions into outcomes that work in the real world, combining artificial intelligence, specialised software and engineering discipline.

The name

Knowing the right thing to do — and doing it well.

Lethani comes from an idea: true mastery is not only knowing how to do something. It is understanding what should be done, why it matters, and executing it well.

Rules can be followed without understanding their purpose. What makes the difference is the intent and judgment behind each action — and that principle gives the company its name.

The name is inspired by Patrick Rothfuss's fantasy series The Kingkiller Chronicle. It is a philosophical inspiration: Lethani has no affiliation with the author or the work.

What we believe

Rules are necessary. They are not enough.

  1. Rulesdefine boundaries.
  2. Intelligenceinterprets the situation.
  3. Judgmentguides the decision.
  4. Executionturns the decision into a result.
  5. Responsibilitydecides whether the result is worth pursuing.

AI-native

Intelligence at the centre, engineering underneath.

For Lethani, being AI-native is a product principle, not a label. AI does not replace deterministic engineering where precise calculations and verifiable rules are essential — it works alongside it.

  • Understand intent, including what was not said in technical terms.
  • Turn natural language into structured data that can be executed.
  • Reason about constraints, alternatives and consequences.
  • Check every result against technical, production and business rules.
  • Leave the decisions that matter with people.

Where we are going

Furniture is the starting point, not the definition.

We started with custom furniture because there the distance between what the customer imagines and what the factory makes is wide — and full of real constraints. The same principle holds in any field where specialised knowledge and technical execution keep people from creating what they want.

Shall we talk about your factory?
